Why is there a fee for Bethel TV?

We use highly skilled camera operators, sound engineers, and technical staff to provide world class coverage. In a culture of honor, we pay these people a fair wage.
In order to deliver our content to our global audience, we chose the biggest delivery network in the world.

The equipment we are using is state of the art Studio grade HD end to end.
We've chosen to not display ads from outside advertisers nor pass along the costs associated with streaming Bethel.TV to our local body.

The subscription costs cover the operating costs of Bethel TV or go directly to support the mission of Bethel Church to spread the message of the Kingdom and equip revivalists around the world.

Can I stream Bethel TV on a Smart TV?

HDMI Cable: A HDMI cable is a great option for streaming Bethel TV to your TV. It doesn't require any bandwidth and will play smoothly with minimal interruption.

AppleTV: Though the wireless will use some of your bandwidth, AppleTV is a reliable and trustworthy way to stream Bethel TV to your TV.

Smart TV: Do not have a browser that is designed to stream programming from a browser search. You are able to stream from YouTube, Hulu, and Netflix because they have specifically designed applications for this. If you can watch the media via your smart TV, you might still have problems as the amount of memory that is needed to watch a worship set or sermon is not available on a Smart TV.

What is an E-Course?

An E-Course is a 6/8 week course on the specific topic. Each E-Course includes a Teaching video, Encouragement video, and Activation video.

When you purchase an E-course, it is for the entire course and it is yours to watch as often and whenever you would like, it does not expire.

To view the E-course, please click on the Learning icon in the upper left-hand corner of the screen, then click on E-courses. The course will be available in this folder any time you wish to view it.

Why is Bethel TV pausing during viewing?

Pausing could be due to high internet traffic, a slow internet connection, or other traffic on your local network. To test for this, select the gear icon on the video player. Click on the Auto setting then select the Economy level and see if the pausing is less frequent or stops altogether.

Testing the speed of your internet connection may reveal a problem if your download speed is less than 5 Mbps for watching live events. We would recommend using this speed test: (Speed Test)
Also, determine if other people are using your internet connection. If the device you are streaming with has not been restarted recently, please restart your computer.

The preferred browsers for Bethel TV are:
Google Chrome (Download). Safari for Mac computers only. Please do a software update on your Mac and Safari will also be updated.

We don't recommend using Internet Explorer.
Having Flash Player installed on your computer is very important when using Firefox, Internet Explorer, and potentially Chrome. You may want to try reinstalling the latest version of Adobe Flash player. Even if you have it, you can try re-installing the player.

What does the little lock mean?

The little lock in the upper right corner indicates that media is not free for you to access. If there is no lock, the media is yours to access at this time.

Why can't I download the worship?

Thank you for your interest in our LIVE Worship. All worship is free, but unfortunately due to licensing of the music, we aren't able to offer our live worship on CD, DVD, or MP3 download due to copyright reasons. You are able to listen to any of the weekend service worship sessions for free. To view this content, you would need a subscription.

Do you plan to broadcast school of ministry special guests?

On occasion we have special speakers that will come and minister to the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry and Bethel Church. These include, Heidi Baker, Lou Engle, Georgian Banov, John & Carol Arnott, Randy Clark, Che Ahn and many more. If you aren't able to watch live, the session will be archived to watch at a later time. Essentials and Season Pass Subscribers will automatically have access to these sessions which have occurred during your subscription time.

Live Streaming

If you missed a live stream, our media will be available to view on demand. Most media is available within 3 hours, but it can take up to 24 hours for a session to be uploaded.
