Go into any conflict giving thanks for the victory that has not yet happened. Everyone is born for battle, conquets, and victories. When you turn away from a battle you've been assigned to, you will face a battle that you are not equipped for. The Lord can turn what the enemy intended for harm to our favor if we respond correctly. The Lord is introducting us into a lifestyle of a believing believer.
Jesus was baptized and the Lord declared this is My Son in who I am well pleased. Then the Holy Spirit lead Jesus into the wilderness where He was tempted. The Holy Spirit lead Jesus into conflict. The only time you are lead into conflict is when God has prepared you to win.
The first temptation was to question who Jesus was. In conflict, you build character through refinement and are able to stand on the word of God which demonstrates His word is safe ground.
