Worship is not music, it is not singing, it is not dancing, painting or shouting- these are only expressions of our worship. Worship is us pouring out our love on God, and in turn, Him pouring out His love on us. It is all a relationship. It is about learning to trust Him. Fighting for your connection with God is so much easier when you are in love! One encounter with God's love changes everything.
When looking into the life of King Saul, it is revealed how the fear of man poisons perspective. If our identity is focused on externals than it is centered in insecurity. God wants us to become a rock that doesn't move, that is unaffected by the praise or mocking of others. How do we become unaffected by other's opinions? A fear of God silences all other fears, it does not drive us from Him, but to Him.

Jesus Culture Encounter is two days of passionately pursuing God and positioning ourselves for a "God encounter." Our pastor, Bill Johnson, says, "We owe the world an encounter with God." The only way we are going to be people who bring the world an encounter with God is if we are consistently encountering Him ourselves. We can only give away what we have. Our heart is to create an environment for youth and young adults to encounter God through passionate worship, anointed preaching, practical teaching, and supernatural ministry.

Simply defined, worship is connection with Jesus. Without it, the music and songs are meaningless. All expressions of worship take place out of this place of intimacy. Kim shares her own personal journey of encountering God's love and challenges worshipers to experience it for themselves. We are vessels of His love and when we encounter Him, we are never the same.
Everything about you was designed to have continuous encounters with the Lord. The original design was for us to live in the manifest presence of the Lord.
in Deuteronomy 4, the Lord spoke to the people in the mist of fire. They heard His voice but saw no form so that they could not make an idol from the form. The lack of clarity with which we are allowed to see the Lord is typically due to the idolatry in our hearts. The Lord will not show you more than you can handle and maintain your purity.
It is easy to get caught up in the manifestations which are essential and miss the face which is hidden in the clouds. When you try to reduce the experience to a principle, to that degree, He will withhold His presence. Every time you see the Holy Spirit move, the Face of God is there.
The Lord is about to reveal a measure of His goodness we have never known. We will fear the Lord because of the His goodness revealed.
This man had several issues from his past, and developed cancer. God healed him and removed the fear. This powerful encounter effected him deeply.
We just received the Dr. report and the cancer is gone!!
Suzette shares her experience with her encounter with God. She received a baptism of the Holy Spirit and felt overwhelming love. She felt the freedom from worry and her arthritis has decreased as well.
