We cannot lose conciousness of the God who does the impossible, if we do, ministry will be reduced to man's spiritual gifts.You will always become like the one you worship. We must choose to focus our attention on God and not on false idols. Worshipping a false god diminishes our abillity to percieve right from wrong. God Himself is the glory of man, our worship is giving back to Him what He has given to us.

There are two major spiritual influences that shape and decide how you will interpret life. Love and fear are great influences that impact the decisions you make. The gift of discernment will help you recognize whether love or fear is guiding your life.

We have reduced salvation into a ticket to get into heaven. The goal isn't to get to heaven, but to bring heaven to earth. When you are just trying to get into heaven, fear motivates how you live your life. Our understanding of salvation will dictate not only the decisions we make but how we live our lives.

When looking into the life of King Saul, it is revealed how the fear of man poisons perspective. If our identity is focused on externals than it is centered in insecurity. God wants us to become a rock that doesn't move, that is unaffected by the praise or mocking of others. How do we become unaffected by other's opinions? A fear of God silences all other fears, it does not drive us from Him, but to Him.

While Gideon was hiding in the wine press, He was called a mighty man by God. God sees where we are going to be, not our current circumstances. He is completely confident in His ability to bring about any change needed in us to fulfill out destiny. However, if we allow fear into our lives, it will affect our response to God. Fear always infects worship and redirects our worship which removes our focus from God.

Kris preaches on strategies to overcome fear. Fear is the most common sin in the church, the most socially acceptable. It is a sin because it prevents you from doing what God has called you to do.

Kim was in a car accident the previous night and taken to the hospital. She was in tremendous pain and fear from the accident. She left the hospital and came to the healing rooms. She felt the fear melt right off of her as she was soaking. She felt the Presence come upon her body and her back came into alignment and the bruises on her body have began to fade. The pain left her body!

We are moving out of slavery and have received the spirit of adoption and sonship. One of the symptoms of moving into is sonship is that we are no longer afraid. Fear is a great motivator among slaves, but passion is a greater motivator. Passion and love is what motivates a son.

There was never a threat in the call to be a disciple. There was no foundation of fear bred into the disciples by Jesus. Fear will not compel you, Love will compel you!

Courage is the ability to face danger, uncertainty or pain without being overcome by fear or being deflected from a chosen course of action. As you steward your heart, you are creating the life you are going to live in. The consequences that you live in tomorrow were decided today.

Four symptoms of a possible Jezebel spirit are: irrational fear, feeling all alone, your problems look bigger than they are, and you forget all of your victories. Self promotion usually comes from a lack of trust in God. When you are overflowing and learn to steward the Presence, the world is attracted to you.
