What does it look like to live lead by the Spirit? Experiences don't get to dictate what you feel, a spirit lead person is lead by the Spirit. Jesus and John the Baptist took years becoming strong in spirit so that when they were thrust into the public eye, they could withstand the pressure. We grow in being lead by the spirit by feeding on the word of God, that which provokes change in your life and having a life of prayer that creates encounters with Him.
The knowledge of God is being increased in these days. Jesus said that some truth is weightier than other. If we have truths out of order, we end up with perversion. In order for the word to be true it needs to not just be contextually right, it also has to be in its right place in the order of truth. We need the Holy Spirit to take the building blocks of truth and put them in the right place. You must receive truth from God in the context that He meant it... precept upon precept, line upon line.

God never contradicts His Word, but He happily contradicts our understanding of it. You are asking for the kingdom, but if you have to filter it through your brain, you reduce God to be no bigger than you. Our questions do not have the right to undermine the revelations that God is showing us. Revelation has power, questions do not. Our questions should take us into greater revelation of who He is, not limit who He is. If I require understanding before I obey, I have limited God.
