If you have slower bandwidth, or are having trouble watching this media (skipping audio or video) choose progressive downloading. This will allow you to pause the video and resume it once it has loaded more completely.
Take note that the initial buffer time may be considerably longer.
Please Note: The buffering "spinner" will continue to spin when you pause and then resume playing. To fix this, just drag the timeline slider a little. We are working on a fix, and will release it soon.
