His primary responsibilities at Bethel are to oversee Global Legacy, an apostolic relational network of individuals and churches. Paul also travels worldwide, teaching on the gifts of government, administration, and apostolic strategic planning.

Pauls passion is to see the Bride prepared, glorious sons & daughters revealed, cancer destroyed, and cities transformed, as the Government of Heaven is established on earth. His desire is to see the church become the greatest organization on the planet. The first structure Father God ever created was family. The purpose of heaven's government is the creation of family and community here on earth. We have been given an assignment to bring the government of heaven to earth by honoring and recognizing the glory in other people. Honor is directly related to humility. When Jesus died on the cross He humbled Himself and honored us. It takes true humility to see Jesus in someone who is at the bottom of the social scale or doesn't deserve it.
