The Reverend Canon Andrew White is vicar of St George's Church, Baghdad, the only Anglican church in Iraq. He has been dubbed the Vicar of Baghdad. He has extensive experience in conflict mediation in Iraq and the wider Middle East. President and CEO of the Foundation for Reconciliation in the Middle East, he has written extensively about conflict resolution and has been involved in many hostage negotiations. To be in the anointing, you need to be where God wants you. If God has called you to something, He will also enable you. In Daniel 2:21 it says that He gives wisdom to the wise. Wisdom is not only knowing what God is doing and saying, but learning. God gave wisdom and knowledge to Daniel as he sought the voice of God. The anointing is about love, Gods will, wisdom, and compassion.
