The goal of the Bible is to take you into an encounter with the Author. God is complex and as believers we need to learn that there are aspects of our Creator that we don't understand at this time. To comfort ourselves, we create intellectual theories to questions which God has not yet revealed. This causes us to stop searching with God. Doctrine is created when you try to discover mysteries through your own intellect.
We have been given the Spirit of God, who knows the thoughts of God. As we dive into the word with the Spirit, revelation will overflow, and we will encounter the Author of all. 1 Corinthians 2:2-16 "The Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God..."
